EKA Rector participates in NIQ Train-the-Trainer Programme
Since 2022 EKA is a partner in a project “Building Forward Better’ ecosystems - Harnessing the power of networked communities to scale-up and accelerate the impact of entrepreneurial universities (Network IQ Alliance)” that is realized within the framework of the EIT’s HEI Initiative “Innovation Capacity Building for Higher Education”.
Within the work package “Train-the Trainer”, EKA Rector, associate Professor Oksana Lentjušenkova participated in the training programme on Networking Intelligence (NI) Assessment and Management, and after, shared her knowledge with 37 EKA students within the course “Intellectual Capital Management”. O.Lentjušenkova integrated NIQ methodology by linking NI with imotional intelligence and cultural intelligence.
On 02.12.2022, during the consortium meeting, Professor Daria Tataj, expressed her gratitude to EKA and , in particular, Oksana Lentjušenkova for providing NIQ training that was highly evaluated by students (students’ feedback: 9.8 points of 10).
The EIT’s HEI Initiative: Innovation Capacity Building for Higher Education is a key objective for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) as part of its new strategy, the EIT Strategic Innovation Agenda 2021−2027. The initiative aims to support higher education institutions with expertise and coaching, access to the EIT innovation ecosystem, and funding, enabling them to develop innovation action plans complementing the needs of individual higher education institutions.
