The research direction within social sciences covering such topics as the regularities of economic theory, the principles of the company′s operation and indicators of economic activity, economic processes in the company and the national economy, the international and local economic environment, digital economy, sustainable development, the development trends of the goods and services market, the competitive situation, business efficiency and the corporate environment, production process schemes, business plans, basics of business legislation; external and internal environmental factors, business development at the macro and micro level; company`s development strategy, tactical and operational goals; the indicators of the company′s economic activity, management of a multicultural team, communication, work coordination, employees motivation, marketing, such as market research, marketing planning, organization`s trade operations, service organization, personnel management, finance, information management systems, logistics, commercial and financial risks, compliance of the company′s work with the requirements of international legal acts and legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
The main focus on research related to SDG8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth” and SDG 9 “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure”.

Graduated from Riga Technical University and worked at ISMA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia) as Business Administration in Tourism program director, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and researcher. The author of more than 55 scientific papers in the field of economics, business, management, tourism, hospitality and education. She is a member of the editorial board of the “Dnipro Scientific Journal of Public Administration, Psychology, Law” and member of EKA etECH Conference organising committee.
