EKA presents applications of simulation in the field of entrepreneurship and management theory at Kehl University
In February 2018, representatives of The University of Economics and Culture (EKA) visited Kehl University of Applies Science (Germany) and participated in BSS (Business Simulation Software) workshop. During the visit, two EKA created simulations in the field of entrepreneurship and management theory were presented. Project participants were introduced with the simulations developed by the project partner institutions, as well as discussed the programme of the autumn workshop that will take place at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) with the aim to share experience about the application of simulations. Students and academic staff members from all partner universities will take part in this event.
Since January 2017, The University of Economics and Culture (Ekonomikas un kultūras augstskola – EKA) participates in the international project Strategic Partnership for Innovation and Development of Entrepreneurship (SPIDE) within the framework of Erasmus+ programme.
One of the main components of the project is Business Simulation Software (BSS) – an innovative ICT-based solution, the use of which will enhance the effectiveness of study process.
SPIDE is financed and supported by the European Commission, Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnership (grant agreement No. 2016-1-MK01-KA203-021666).
