The goal and purpose of EKA student council: To defend students academic, material and cultural interests in higher education institutions, private and public institutions.

Alise Kristīne Egle,
President of EKA student council

Alise Kristīne is azartic, creative and filled with a desire to work, positive and always open to everything new. She believes that everything is possible in this world, only with great willpower and faith in her own forces! Alise Kristīne is described by the quote: “only you can turn your dreams into reality, and you have everything to need to make it happen.” Alises main responsibilities are to manage and monitor the work of council and the processes of EKA students coulcil. 

Edijs Roberts Judrups,
Vice-Chair of EKA student council

Edijs is active and very curious. Always aspires to new success, adventures and knowledge. Edijs is enjoying team work, communication with other comrades. Helping out or giving advice to someone is a pleasure for him. He knows that correct communication is at the core of good cooperation. Edijs takes every duty with a great sense of responsibility and always tends to get out of the comfort zone.
Edija main tasks are to organise ERASMUS student events and help them with any issues they have, as well as being the "right hand man" of the student councils president.

Nora Laurīte,
Head of Marketing

Nora is active, very creative, communicative and full of new ideas and goals. She is very responsible but also knows how to enjoy her job responsibilities. Her goal is to be productive on a daily basis and to create joy for herself and others, while enjoying and celebrating the small achievements of life. You can always turn to Nora with the desire to sing or dance together - it will definitely be done! Nora′s main responsibilities are to attract sponsors and raise the positive profile of EKA SP.

Kitija Anete Nusberga,
Head of Communication

Kitija always takes on a task, she’s full of new ideas and is always willing to help.
Kitija is the kind if person to go and do it, she will not sit still, she will insist to get involved. She treats her responsibilities with seriousness, and she will do everything, no matter what it takes. Kitija is able to set goals and strive for them, will always give a helping hand if someone needs it.
Kitija believes that communication is the beginning and the end of everything, with communication we can reach the highest of heights. Kitija′s main responsibility is to respond to internal and external communication by providing it between students and the students council, as well as to promote cooperation with other university councils.
 

Edgars Simsons,

Edgars is friendly, honest, with a good sense of humor and will always find a solution to any problem. He is a man who will go through the fire so that everything is done qualitatively and noble. The objectives that have been pursued are never forgotten, always achieved by a creative approach. You have to be able to take risks and challenge yourself, because after a long, hard job comes a sweet and satisfying day. Edgara main jobs include tracking the finances of student council and documenting them.
