FIFA RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP
The FIFA Research Scholarship aims to promote academic research on football conducted by young researchers. Thus, this Scholarship is awarded to doctoral students, scholars and young researchers whose academic research activity is documented and firmly established at an identifiable institution.
In 2024, FIFA Selection Committee has selected and awarded research scholarship to Karina Zalcmane and Marina Kamenecka-Usova (representatives of EKA study programme “Law”) in carrying out the research project “Globalization of Football – The Emergence of Baltic Football League and Legal Analysis of Governance Practices for Success”.
